Welcome Drink: Rose Bloom Spritz with rose empress gin, st. germain, lemon & grapefruit juice, champagne, soda water
First Course: Mixed green salad with pistachio, feta, broccolini, picked red onion and citrus vinaigrette. Paired with Butternut, Sauvignon Blanc
