Choice of Kentucky Mule or Blackberry Whiskey Sour
Starter: Aged Cheddar, Candied Bacon, Dark Chocolate with a Buffalo Trace Tasting
Main Course: Pork Belly, Baby Back Ribs, Beef Short Rib, Ribeye and N.Y. Strip served with Roasted Marble Potatoes & Succotash served with the following sauces- Chimichurri, Green Peppercorn, Red Wine and Sauce Diane (tasting course)
Whiskey Tasting: Whistle pig 10 yr, Willet Pot Still, Maker’s Mark 46 Cask Strength
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis & Whipped Cream served with a Bourbon Cream Cocktail
